Affiliate Program Terms

1.1 Commission & Tracking

• Commissions are tracked via unique affiliate links or coupon codes.
• A sale is considered valid only when payment is successfully completed and not refunded.
• Commission amounts and structures (e.g. base partner, upline partner) are defined inside the partner dashboard and may evolve over time.

1.2 Refunds & Chargebacks

Any refund requested within the customer refund window automatically reverses the full affiliate commission for that order.

1.3 Payouts

• Affiliates can request payouts once the minimum withdrawal threshold is reached.
• Withdrawals are processed manually or semi-automatically and may take several business days.
• Overpacked is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payout details provided by the affiliate.

1.4 Prohibited Behavior

Affiliates may not:

• Misrepresent Overpacked products, pricing, or guarantees
• Use spam, misleading ads, or fake urgency
• Bid on Overpacked brand keywords where prohibited
• Impersonate Overpacked or act as official customer support

Violation can lead to immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions.

1.5 Termination

• Overpacked may suspend or terminate any affiliate account at any time if abuse, fraud, or brand damage is suspected.
• Upon termination, unpaid commissions linked to refunded or suspicious orders are void.
